Our Holiday Flat

Come and discover our beautiful region of Alsace and enjoy your stay in our comfortable and spacious 120m² holiday flat at Ammerschwihr !

You will find everything you want in our holiday flat during your family trip in the middle of the Wines Road of Alsace. 2 steps of our Domaine, our house is composed of :

- 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 1 person, 1 bedroom with 1 bed)
- 1 bathroom with bath/shower
- WC separate
- 1 equipped kitchen
- 1 living room
Only 2 steps from our Domaine, our holiday flat has an enclosed courtyard and common to our House with a lovely terrace at your disposal.

• Equipment :
- Kitchen : sink,  cooker & oven, hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a table with chairs, crockery, clothesline, ironing board and iron ; hoover, mop and bucket, broom
- Living room : sofa bed for 2 people and TV
- Bathroom : 1 washing machine
- Baby seat and cot on request
- On request and extra charges : Linen beds made on arrival, kitchen towels, bath linen

Menage in extra charges, however equipment is available.

• Capacity : 5 to 7 persons

• Rental Rates in 2011 : 550€ per week, charges and taxes included.
• Rental conditions : We ask you a 150€ down payment when you book our holiday flat and a 150€ deposit that will not be received unless any damages are caused to it.
